Chassis Dyno Labor

Base Chassis Dyno Run- $150
  • 3 Consecutive Dyno Runs
  • Includes Air/Fuel Sensor, Vacuum/Boost Sensor, RPM Sensor, & Intake Air Temp Sensor
Hourly Rate on Chassis Dyno- $120/hour
  • Billed in half hour increments
  • Time starts after 3 base dyno runs
Adding Extra Chassis Dyno Sensors (one time fee on complete dyno session)- $100
  • Intake Air Meter
  • Vacuum Sensor for Vacuum Pump or any other vacuum device on engine
  • Blowby Sensor
  • 25PSi & 100 PSI Pressure Sensor
  • Fuel Pressure Sensor
  • Knock Sensors
  • EGT Sensors
    • May be additional labor charge for installing certain sensors on vehicle
Chassis Dyno Rate if using dyno for a different shop tuning- $150/hour
  • we still control the dyno
EFI Tuning Rate for Naturally Aspirated Vehicle- Starting at $500
EFI Tuning Rate for Boosted/Nitrous Vehicles- Starting at $600
Standalone EFI Tuning Rate- $120/hour
Rent Chassis Dyno for Complete Day (roughly 7 hours)- $650
Leaded Fuel Fee- $20
Chassis Dyno Cleanup Fee (Fluid Leaks, etc)- $100

Competition Cylinder Head Porting Job- starting at $1000
Flowbench Labor- $120 (includes before work & after work flow test on one cylinder)
Disassemble, Clean, & Reassemble Cylinder Heads- $120
Multi-Angle Valve Job on Intake & Exhaust Seats- $240
Clean & Reface Intake & Exhaust Valves- $120 (includes backcut on valves)
Install New Valve Guides or Valve Guide Liners- $8.50 each (includes sizing guides to valve)
Install Hardened Valve Seats- $13.50 each
Resurface Cylinder Head- $50 each (includes any cut under .020")
Resurface Cylinder Head for Compression- $75 (includes any cut over .020")
Pressure Test Cylinder Head- $60 each
Magnaflux Cylinder Head- $60 each
Machine Guides for Positive Valve Seals- $60
Machine Spring Pockets for Larger Valve Springs- $60


Camshaft & Valvetrain Labor

Set Installed Heights on Cylinder Heads & Setup Valve Springs for Street Application- $120
Set Installed Heights on Cylinder Heads & Setup Valve Springs for Higher RPM Racing Application- $240
Test Set of Valve Springs on Computerized Tester- $30
Test Camshaft for condition or specs of camshaft- $50



Intake Manifold Labor

Full Port & Plenum Intake Manifold Porting- $600
Intake Manifold Port Match to Cylinder Head- $200
Resurface Intake Manifold to Match Cylinder Heads- starting at $60



Engine Labor

Disassemble & Reassemble Complete Engine- starting at $1500
  • Includes:
    • Checking Main & Rod Clearances
    • Check Crankshaft Endplay
    • Check Piston to Wall Clearance
    • Check Piston to Deck Clearance
    • Check Connecting Rod Bolt Stretch
    • Degree Camshaft
    • File Fit Piston Rings
    • Install Cam Bearings
    • Check Valve to Piston Clearance
    • Check Valvetrain Geometry
    • Burnish Lifter Bores
