Ultrasonic Cleaning Services
We offer ultrasonic cleaning. If you are unsure what ultrasonic cleaning is let us explain. Ultrasonic cleaning uses cavitation bubbles created by high frequency sound waves to agitate a liquid. The agitation produces high forces on contaminates adhering to metals, plastics, glass, rubber, or ceramics. It also does a very good job of cleaning blind holes, cracks, & recesses. The machine uses a special detergent & water as the cleaning solvent. Our particular machine has a cleaning tank the size of 24.75" x 14.5" x 15." Each part in our shop is run through our ultrasonic machine to ensure that every piece is perfectly clean and ready to go for assembly.
